Information relating to your business (e.g. VAT Registered Number, Buying Group Account Number, Company Type) will be necessary to be gathered and stored if you apply for services offered such as a ‘Trade Account’. This is information we deem necessary to deliver our service and to enhance customer experience with us. This information is saved so you can continue to use our website and services to their fullest extent. This includes, for example, your name, email address and shipping details.

We use Google analytics to monitor and improve our website and its customer experience. This means that by using our website, information is automatically stored such as cookies or your IP address and other session tools. As our I.T. support company Lucid Support Services Ltd will have, at times, access to our server and individual computers. They are granted this access to maintain hardware and software systems and do not have access to any Personal Data, nor will they be passed any Personal Data for processing.

We will always do our best to keep your Personal Data safe. Our systems are monitored regularly in regards to vulnerability or attacks and action is taken in prevention of these. We use safe protocols whenever transferring data and use suitable protective methods such encryption on any data sets we may put in transit.

Although preventative and protective methods are in place, it is possible that data reaches may still occur and we cannot guarantee protection against all circumstances.

If such occurrence as a data breach happens then we will notify the suitable authority as soon as possible as well as notifying yourselves. We will always assist any authorities involved to our best ability in these situations.
